Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace
The Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed to increase awareness of common mental health conditions in a work setting. It helps learners recognise key signs and symptoms and understand how to offer appropriate support and guidance to colleagues who may be experiencing mental ill health.

Delivered over one day, the course builds an understanding of the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing at work, and highlights the shared responsibility everyone has in identifying and responding to mental health concerns. Learners explore topics such as the meaning and importance of mental health, ways to promote positive wellbeing in the workplace, common mental health conditions, and the use of mental health first aid action plans.

Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace
The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification aimed at individuals who wish to take on the role of a Mental Health First Aider within their organisation. The course builds awareness of mental health and equips learners with the skills needed to support, reassure and appropriately signpost colleagues to professional help when required.

Delivered over two days, the qualification develops the knowledge, confidence and practical ability to actively promote positive mental health in the workplace. Learners cover a range of topics including the importance of mental health, maintaining their own wellbeing as a Mental Health First Aider, understanding common mental health conditions, and supporting others through techniques such as active listening and non-judgemental communication.
